Bertrand Redonnet wrote his first book in 2001 and dedicated it to Brassens, a French poet and erudite. His next six novels, short stories and novellas were published after 2008, mainly in the publishing house Le Temps qu’il fait. The author has settled in Poland, near the border with Belarus and Ukraine, and is perhaps the only French writer to live in the land of Mickiewicz … In 2014, in cooperation with his friend, he established the publishing house Les Editions du Bug, which published his latest book, a largely autobiographic story titled Le Silence des Chrysanthèmes. Bertrand Redonnet is also the author of the blog L’Exil des mots.
